the guy in the taco bell drive thru just accidentally said “have a nice day I love you” and I thoughtlessly responded “love you too” and we just sort of stared at each other for a second before I drove away
midnight rants, yay! recently downloaded an app for my phone that streams the most recent top news stories. probably the most depressing thing I could ever do. Kids killing kids, parents killing their kids, war killing kids. jealous lovers stabbing their ex’s, teen abductions, gang rapes, oh and don’t forget, Armstrong finally admits he’s been sticking a syringe in his ass for ten years. god, it’s bleak. what the hell happened? Video games, gun control, war, violence, economic collapse? Whatever the culprit is; I don’t care. At this point all I can think about is somewhere at this exact moment, a 13 year-old is reading the same news I am and might think, “what do I have to live for?” I’m sick of this gloomy future for generations of kids to come. There is so much more out there the media isn’t talking about, but does a kid know that? There’s got to be a change and let’s start by teaching children some damn civility.
